We pledge strict Single Agency representation. We will never represent both the buyer and seller in the same transaction. We avoid conflicts of interests. We don't create them!

No Secret Profits

We reject hidden kickbacks, affiliate steering, and referral fees. We never recommend lenders or title companies to line our own pockets. If we receive any bonus or incentive, it is credited back to you.

Total Confidentiality

Your financial details and negotiating strategy stay private. We never share your motivations with the other side to "get to yes." We protect your leverage, not the deal or the commission.

The Attorney Standard vs. The Industry Standard

Licenses Are On the Line, Not Just Memberships.

Most real estate agents follow a voluntary “Code of Ethics” from a trade association. Their Code has little to do with ethics and are more about protecting themselves. RealtyByLaw attorneys are held to the Professional Rules of Responsibility (as well as our own pledge). These are strict rules that govern our licenses. While real estate industry standards often allow for conflicts – such as dual agency – our legal code holds us to a higher standard of undivided loyalty. We don’t just promise to be ethical; our careers depend on it.

Our Accountability Guarantee

We do not take this pledge lightly. We make these commitments under penalty of forfeiture of fees and our careers. We agree that if we violate this pledge, we will forfeit all fees earned in this transaction. Furthermore, this pledge serves as a formal admission in any dispute. You deserve representation that puts its money where its mouth is.
